Large amounts of unlicensed medicines have been seized by Department of Health officials throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.
A male was talked to by department officers about unlawfully importing and subsequently providing unlicensed impotence medications through the internet.
The 47-year-old was also questioned about other medication offenses.
He will now be the subject of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.
The search was performed by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its office, Peter Moore, stated: “It is important that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medicines can be hazardous.
“These types of items being offered, typically online, have actually undergone no quality assurance and there can be no guarantee about their safety.
“You just do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these products were made in. More notably, you do not know the result drugs like this might have on your health.”
